No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from our own server.

Server log files

When you access the website, the web server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser identifier, referrer). This serves the secure operation and error analysis of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are automatically deleted after a short period.

Contact form and email

If you write to us via the form or by email, we process your details (name, email address, optionally phone number, message) in order to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (a) GDPR). The form data is sent by email to info@djscottyoffical.com and is not stored in a database. We delete it once the request has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.

YouTube and Spotify content

Videos (YouTube, Google Ireland Ltd.) and the Spotify player (Spotify AB) are only loaded once you actively click on the relevant element. Only then is a connection established to the provider’s servers, transmitting your IP address and possibly further data; the provider may set cookies in doing so. YouTube is embedded in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Transfer to the USA is possible; both providers are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or use standard contractual clauses.

External links

Links to streaming services and social networks are ordinary references. You only leave this website once you click on a link; the privacy policy of the respective provider then applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, as well as to data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests; any consent given may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in Spain with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
